Harriet Khataba is an Executive Leadership Advisor and Strategic Consultant working with senior leaders, executives, and founders at the level where deep shifts in leadership, authority, and presence become possible. Her work focuses on the underlying patterns that shape how leaders lead, including the psychological and identity structures beneath performance, decision-making, and relationships that conventional development often does not reach.
