ABOUT ME
I am Rhoda Harriet Khataba. Executive transformation specialist, keynote speaker, and founder of Her Story Matters, an organisation that reached over 15 million people across four continents through partnerships with the UN, UK government, and global institutions.
I spent 15 years leading at the highest levels, as CEO, VP of Innovations, media producer, and strategic consultant, before doing my own deep work on what was running beneath my leadership. That experience is what I bring to the leaders I work with now.
