I’m Rhoda Harriet Khataba. For over 15 years, I’ve led at the highest levels, from CEO to VP of Innovations to President of Her Story Matters, partnering with the UN, governments, and global institutions while reaching over 15 million people.
Through that work, I saw that leaders made great impact when internal conflicts are resolved. when their thinking , decisions and presence are aligned others respond consistently, trust grows, and their leadership is felt in every room. I guide leaders to reach that place.
Combining executive leadership experience with deep work in shadow integration and somatic transformation, I help leaders bring their presence, decisions, and impact into alignment with who they already are.
