Growing up in a competitive environment where intellectual excellence was everything, I learned early that being “number one” was the only acceptable position. This programming didn’t stay in school—it followed me into every corner of my life.
I excelled in corporate finance, then retail, entertainment, and media. I was headhunted for leadership positions, served on international councils, and founded my own successful organization, Her Story Matters. From the outside, I was the picture of success. But internally, I was running on empty.
The breakthrough came during burnout when I finally asked: “What am I chasing?”
Through shadow work, NLP, and quantum physics, I discovered the shocking truth: that childhood programming was still running the show. My inner perfectionist had been driving every decision with one relentless message: “You’re not good enough.”
