“ First off I thought it was one of those coaching sessions that you get nothing much out of but this one was quite deep and revealing. Harriet guided me into understanding more about myself , uncovering some unhealthy emotions that had been buried deep for as long as 7 years. These emotions were holding me back from moving into my next level. She helped me bring them to the surface and deal with them without any guilt, something I had been carrying over the years like a burden on my shoulder. After the simple exercise that we did, I felt alot of relief and the burden I was carrying weighing heavily on my shoulder felt lighter.
